Printique allows customers that are not 100% fully satisfied with their purchase to return it and have outlined a self-service return process on their website. Registered users can go to their order page to start the return process. Non-registered users must create an account using the same email that they used to order to start the return process. All returned or exchanged products have to be in the original packaging and brand new condition.
