If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, EZcosplay will give a full refund or exchange. If your items come defective, with missing parts, or sized incorrectly, you should contact EZcosplay within one week of receiving your purchase. Provide photos to support the claim and EZcosplay will arrange for a replacement free of charge. They do have a 1-2 inch margin of error on their products. If an error in sizing was made on the buyer’s end, they will be charged for a new one at a 10% discount. In this case, the buyer will need to ship the costume back at their cost and pay for the discounted revision. They will not accept a return for items that have been used or washed, Items that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume, or items with stains.

On refunds, only the listed price excluding shipping fees will be refunded. Buyers are responsible for returning items in their original condition within 2 weeks of delivery at their own expense through registered mailers with online tracking numbers. Refunds will be returned 3 days after EZcosplay accepts your return request. The refund will return to your account 24 hours after the refund is processed. If you need to make a change or cancellation to your order, email EZcosplay within 24 hours of your submitting the order. A dressmaker will start customizing your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment so they can only accept changes in that timeframe. Any order canceled after 24 hours will be charged a processing fee equal to 50% of the items price. No cancellations will be accepted after 3 business days.
