Please note that your item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, as well as odourless. You must also have the original receipt.
There are two options for returning your item, you can either return it by mail with a pre-paid label which you will receive from Rally House, or you can take it back to one of their stores. If you return an item by mail, postage costs will be deducted from your refund. It will also take up to 48 hours for you to get your money back.
